摘 要:[目的]测定白萝卜、胡萝卜、红萝卜中Cu、Fe、Mn 3种微量元素的含量。[方法]采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定,对不同萝卜中微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn的含量进行测定。[结果]3种萝卜中3种微量元素含量存在差异,其中白萝卜和胡萝卜中元素含量为:Fe>Cu>Mn,红萝卜中上述元素含量为:Fe>Mn>Cu。回收率在93.0%~106.0%,RSD<1.01。[结论]3种萝卜中3种微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn含量丰富且存在一定差异,研究结果为进一步研究并开发其药用价值与有关微量元素关系提供了一定的参考。[Objective] The aim was to determinate trace elements Cu,Fe and Mn in white radish, carrot and carrots. [Metbodl The contents of elements Zn, Fe and Mn in different radishes were determined ,by using HNO3 : HCIO4 (4+1) sample decomposition, flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) method. [Result] Three kinds of trace elements differ in three kinds of radishes. Elements contents in white radish and carrot were Fe 〉 Cu 〉 Mn, and the elements contents in carrots were Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Cu. The recovery rate was between 93.0% - 106.0%, RSD 〈 1.01. [Conclusion] Three kinds of trace elements Cu, Fe, Mn contents in three kinds of radishes were rich and differences. The results provided certain reference for the further research and development of its medicinal value relations with the relevant trace elements.
