北京市青年流动人口行为适应比较研究

摘　　要：北京是众多青年流动人口向往和最终落脚之地。他们能否尽早尽快地适应北京市的社会生活折射出北京的政策制度、经济结构、主观态度等多种要素对流动人口的开放、包容与接纳程度。本文整合定量和定性数据,分析、比较了北京市不同年龄、不同户籍流动人口在人际交往、社区参与、闲暇模式等方面的异同。结果表明:青年流动人口行为适应程度低于年长流动人口,多种因素制约着他们有效地参与到北京的社会生活中。As the capital city of China with more resources,Beijing has long been the destination of young migrants.Whether they can adapt to the life in Beijing is both an academic issue and a realistic issue.And it also reflects the extent of openness to outsiders in respects of institutional,structural and attitudinal factors in Beijing.This paper analyzes the status,characteristics and determinants of young rural- urban migrants' behavioral adaptation in Beijing.The results suggest that young migrants are less adapted than older ones.HUKOU system,overworking and exclusive attitudes of local residents toward outsiders prevent migrants,particularly the youth,from fully participating in social and community life in Beijing.
