家庭健康医生管理中“粉丝”级高血压患者管理现况分析

摘　　要：目的评价对家庭健康医生信任度较高的"粉丝"级高血压患者的管理效果。方法由家庭健康医生和居民共同选出对家庭健康医生信任度高的"粉丝"级高血压患者作为观察组共85例,对家庭健康医生信任度不高的高血压患者作为对照组共84例,对两组人群管理1年后各项情况进行分析。结果 1年后观察组高血压患者的生活方式改变情况、服药依从性、体质量指数、血压、血脂、脑卒中发生率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提高社区居民对家庭健康医生的信任度是家庭医生制度取得成功的关键。Objective To evaluate the management effect of fan-class hypertensives with high confidence in family health physicians management.Methods A total of 85 hypertensives with fan-class confidence in family health physicians were selected by both their doctors and the residents as experiment group and a total of 84 patients with low trust were recruited as the control group,and the indexes of both groups were analyzed after 1 year management.Results After 1 year,the differences between the two groups on changes of life style,drug therapy compliance,weight index,blood pressure,blood fat and stroke ratio had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Increasing the confidence of the residents in family health doctors is a key to success of a family physician system.
