复方利多卡因乳膏在静脉穿刺留置针中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方利多卡因乳膏在静脉穿刺留置针中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1—3月内镜中心行静脉穿刺留置针患者409例,随机分为观察组202例和对照组207例。观察组在穿刺前45 min于穿刺点涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏,对照组涂抹普通护手霜后按照常规消毒后穿刺。采用数字疼痛分级法(NPIS)对患者疼痛程度进行评估,统计一次性穿刺成功率,并对患者的舒适及配合程度进行满意度评分。结果观察组患者较对照组疼痛明显减轻,穿刺成功率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉穿刺留置针术前使用复方利多卡因乳膏可以明显减轻患者不适,提升患者与护士的配合,提高穿刺成功率。Objective To explore the application of compound lidocaine cream in indwelling venipuncture needle.Methods Four hundred and nine patients,admitting from January to March 2012 for indwelling venipunc ture needle in endoscopy center,were randomly divided into the experiment group（n=202） and the control group（n=207）.The experiment group was with compound lidocaine cream on puncture point 45 minutes before puncture;the control group was punctured on the basis of routine disinfection after rubbing common hand cream.Numerical rating scale（NRS） was adopted to evaluate the pain degree of patients,and one-time puncture success rate was calculated.The degree of satisfactory was conducted combined with patients ′ degree of satisfactory and cooperation.Results Pain in the experiment group reduced significantly compared with the control group and the success rate of puncture improved with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of compound lidocaine cream in indwelling venipunture needle can reduce the discomfort of patients significantly,improve the cooperation of patients and nurses and increase the success rate of puncture.
