摘 要:目的:研究抗人基质细胞衍生因子(SDF-1)多克隆抗体对糖尿病大鼠(DM)视网膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响,为抗SDF-1多克隆抗体用于防治糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopa-thy,DR)提供实验依据。方法:采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射,建立DM动物模型。治疗组,用抗人SDF-1多克隆抗体治疗,对照组和非治疗组只给予等量生理盐水。结果:对照组大鼠视网膜VEGF的含量为(4.25±0.81)ng/ml,未治疗组大鼠视网膜VEGF的含量为(13.32±1.12)ng/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组大鼠视网膜VEGF的含量为(6.73±1.25)ng/ml,同未治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:抗人SDF-1多克隆抗体抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管内皮生长因子的表达。Objective. To study the effect of anti-human stromal cell derived factor (SDF-1) poly-clonal antibody on rat diabetic retinal(DM)vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression, to provide experimental basis for anti SDF-1 polyclonal antibody to prevent and treat diabetic reti-nopathy (DR). Methods: By intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to establish DM animal mod- el. The treatment group was given the anti-human SDF-1 polyclonal antibody therapy. The control group and untreated group were given saline. Results: In non-treatment group, the VEGF level in retina of rats with diabetes was 13.32± 1.12 ng/ml, significantly higher than the normal control group (4.25±0.81 ng/ml) (P〈0.01) and the treatment group (6.73±1.25 ng/ml) (P〈0.01).Conclusion: Anti-human SDF-1 polyclonal antibody can inhibit the expression of VEGF in diabetic rat retina.
