摘　　要：目的:观察短期口服避孕药防治宫内放置节育器后不规则阴道出血的临床效果。方法:70例放置IUD后的妇女分为观察组35例,放置IUD后当天开始口服短效避孕药;对照组35例,放置IUD后,不服避孕药,其他处理同观察组。结果:观察组阴道点滴出血低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短期口服避孕药可防治置环后阴道不规则出血。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of short-term oral contraceptive pill on the irregu-lar vaginal bleeding after putting birth control ring. Methods： 70 women with intrauterine device （IUD） inside were divided into observation group with 35 cases and control group with another 35 cases. The first group took short-term contraceptives from the day when IUD was put in. The see- ond group took no pills, but kept the rest treatment the same as the first group. Results： Spotting of observation group was much lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The short-term oral contraceptives can be used on irregular vaginal bleeding after putting birth control device inside.
