包皮内外板分别环切法与商环包皮环切法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨包皮内外板分别环切法与商环包皮环切法行包皮环切术的临床效果。方法:比较包皮内外板分别环切法治疗198例和商环包皮环切法治疗131例的临床资料。结果:两组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、水肿消退时间、治疗费用、伤口感染、术后出血、伤口裂开、再次手术均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:包皮内外板分别环切法手术时间较长,术中出血相对较多,但其术后并发症相对较少。而商环包皮环切法则恰好相反。Obiective. To investigate the clinical effect of circumcision of inner and outer prepuce circumcision with Shang Ring. Methods： To compare the clinical data of 198 cases undergoing and cir-cumcision of inner and outer prepuce with that of 131 cases undergoing circumcision of Shang Ring. Results： For two surgical methods, there was obvious difference in operation time, blood loss, healing time, edema subsiding time, treatment cost, wound infection, postoperative bleeding, wound dehiscence and reoperation （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Contrary to circumcision with Shang Ring, the circumcision of inner and outer prepuce has longer operation time and more blood loss, but less postoperative complications.
