超声引导下腋静脉穿刺置管术在急诊科危重患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索超声引导在腋静脉穿刺置管术中的应用效果。方法:120急救中心接进来的危重患者50例,随机分为超声引导组和传统方法组,每组25例。超声引导组患者在超声引导下行腋静脉穿刺,传统方法组则采用解剖标记进行穿刺。记录两组的穿刺成功率、穿刺时间、试穿次数和穿刺并发症。结果:超声引导组穿刺成功率明显高于传统方法组,超声引导组穿刺时间和试穿次数明显少于传统方法组,超声引导组穿刺损伤并发症明显少于传统方法组。结论:超声引导可提高腋静脉穿刺成功率,缩短穿刺时间,降低穿刺并发症。Objective. To explore the application effect of ultrasound guided tube in the treatment of axillary vein puncture. Methods. 50 cases of critically ill patients in the 120 emergency center, were divided randomly into ultrasound group and the traditional method group, 25 patients in each group. Ultrasound guided group were guided axillary vein puncture under ultrasound, the tradition-al method group with anatomic markers for puncture. Recording two groups of the success rate of puncture, puncture time, try times and the number of puncture complications. Results. The suc-cess rate of ultrasound guidance was significantly higher than that of traditional method group punc-ture time and try times significantly less than traditional method group, ultrasound guided puncture injury obviously less than that of traditional method group. Conclusion. Ultrasound guidance can improve the success rate of axillary vein puncture, shorten the operation time, reduce the complica-tions.
