摘 要:选择常见硅藻土粉末为主要原料,通过不同种类硅藻土粉末组合,添加合适比例的增稠剂、造孔剂及助凝剂,在合适的升温曲线下烧结,可以制出多孔硅藻土过滤材料.实验排除制造多孔材料需要造孔剂的限制,用原始硅藻土和焙烧硅藻土两种原料组合配方,制备出一种多孔硅藻土陶瓷过滤材料.通过显微照片对比分析其截面微孔结构,通过比表面积及孔隙度分析仪测定对其进行吸附性能及比表面积测定,探讨了硅藻土粉末的配比及性能的影响因素.Porous diatomite ceramic filter material is made by being sintered under certain a temperature rising curve using common diatomite ceramic powder as the main material, by putting different kinds of diatomite ceramic powder together and adding proper proportion of thickeners, pore - forming materials and coagulant aids. This test overcame the limitation of using pore - formers to make porous materials, made out a kind of porous diatomite ceramic filter material by compounding the raw and roasted diatomite ceramic. The adsorbability and specific surface area are tested by comparing and analyzing the micrographs and the sectional cellular structures. Besides, the influencing factors of preparation and characteristics of diatomite ceramic powder are discussed in this article.
