摘 要:分析动式吸入对苯二甲酸 (TPA)粉尘大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中细胞与生化反应 ,各实验组染尘几何平均浓度分别为 8 93mg/m3、2 74 45mg/m3、6 18 12mg/m3。结果显示 ,中、高浓度组肺泡巨噬细胞 (PAMs)计数比对照组显著减少 ,酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)活性显著升高 ,高浓度组N—乙酰 - β -D -氨基葡糖苷酶 (NAG)活性显著高于对照组 ,提示TPA粉尘吸入对大鼠PAMs有损伤作用 ;BALF中蛋白质含量变化可能有免疫过程参与。The cellular and biochemical effects on bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF) of the rats after inhalation of TPA dust were analysed.The average geometric concentrations of TPA dust in experimental groups were 8.93mg/m\+3, 274.45mg/m\+3 and 618^12mg/m\+3 respectively. It was discovered that pulmonary alveo}ar macrophages (PAMs) in BALF of the rats exposed to TPA dust at the middle and high concentrations were significantly decreased while acid phosphatase (ACP) was significantly increased, and NAG in the high concentration group was significantly increased as compared with those in the control. The results showed that PAMs of the rats could be injured. The change inthe protein content In BALF suggested that immlune process might be involved in the lung damage induced by TPA inhalation.
