水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄的药效学比较

摘　　要：目的:比较水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄在镇痛、抗炎、镇静、中枢抑制方面的药效学差异。方法:采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、酸枣仁水煎液对小鼠自主活动的影响、乌拉坦对小鼠入睡个数的影响观察水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄的镇痛、抗炎、镇静、中枢抑制作用。结果:水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄与空白组相比,在镇痛、抗炎等药理作用方面均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),在镇静、中枢抑制药理作用方面没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄在抗炎、镇静、中枢抑制等药效方面无显著性差异。Objective： compared with the water Flied realgar and the coarse particles realgar in the analgesia,the anti-SARS,calm,the central inhibition aspect pharmacodynamics difference.Methods： Using the glacial acetic acid to make the mouse to turn the body re sponse,The xylene sends the mouse ear swelling,Chinese date kernel Shui Jianye to mouse independent activity influence,Ukrainian Ruttan goes to sleep the integer influence to the mouse The observation water flies the realgar and the coarse particles realgar analgesia,the anti-SARS,calm,the central inhibition function.Results： The water flied realgar and the coarse particles realgar and the blank group compares,In pharmacological action aspects and so on analgesia,anti-SARS has the extremely significance difference（P0.01）,In calm,the central inhibition pharmacological action aspect does not have the significance difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The water flies the realgar and the coarse particles realgar in the anti-SARS,calm,drug efficacy aspect non-significance differences and so on cen tral inhibition.
