摘 要:目的:确定莪术油凝胶剂最优制备工艺。方法:正交设计实验,比较不同种类及含量的凝胶基质、乳化剂、及载药量,以涂展性、稳定性、主成分体外释放时间(以薄层鉴别检查莪术醇、莪术二酮、呋喃二烯释放量)为指标,优选莪术油凝胶剂的制备工艺。结果:以卡波姆934为基质,吐温80为乳化剂,甘油-丙二醇(2:1)为增稠剂,氢氧化钠为pH调节剂,尼泊金乙酯为防腐剂,所制备的凝胶载药高达10%。结论:本制备工艺载药量高,制成的凝胶剂为淡黄色均匀乳剂凝胶,质地细腻,稠度、黏度适宜,易于涂布,不污染衣物,易清洗,制备工艺简便。Objective:To seek the best Preparation process for Oleum Curcumae Gels.Method:Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the best Gel process formulation such as drug loading capacity,,base material,emulsifiers,thickeners,with the detec tion targets –Gel’s appearance,stability,release rate in vitro of Curcumenol,Curdione and Furanodiene.Result:The best formulation was 3% carbomer as base,.1.6% Tween-80 as emulsifier,glycerinpropylene glycol(2:1) as thickeners with the10% drug loading.Conclu sion:The Gel made by the best formulation was well-distributed creamy semisolid with moderate viscosity good for spread and humec tant properties and easy washed off.
