摘  要:实现对充填膏体性能的井下现场实测.基于自主知识产权的KJ216顶板压力在线监测系统,使用耐高温、高压、防水的充填体变形监测仪、压力传感器和温度传感器,对膏体应力、应变和水化温度进行实时监测.监测结果表明:充填体在采空区后方80 m左右逐步被压实并趋于稳定;上覆岩层的总变形量在300 mm左右,其中充填体的变形量在104.3 mm左右,充填体压缩率为5%;充填体的水化温度最高达54℃,对充填体早期强度有促进影响,水化反应在第2天最为强烈,4天以后趋于稳定.Coal gangue paste filling technology is an important component in green mining system.In order to achieve the downhole online monitoring on filling paste,based on the KJ216 roof pressure online monitoring system(with independent intellectual property rights),the paste stress,strain and hydration temperature are monitored using filling deformation monitor(which is resistant to high temperature,high pressure,and waterproof),pressure sensor and temperature sensor.The monitoring results show that the filling body has gradually been compacted and becomes more stable in approximately 80 m at the back of goaf;the strata deformation is approximately 300 mm,the filling body deformation is approximately 104.3 mm,and the filling body compression rate is 5%;when the filling body hydration temperature reaches 54oC,it will have positive impact on its early strength,the hydration reaction is very strong in the second day,and more stable after four days.
