颈部异位心脏移植术及其在金黄仓鼠大鼠异种移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的　建立国外常用的啮齿类动物颈部异位心脏移植标准术式 ,并介绍其在金黄仓鼠 大鼠异种移植中的应用。方法　供心无名动脉和肺动脉分别与受体的右颈总动脉和颈外静脉端端吻合 (采用非袖套法 )。结果　全组无手术死亡。金黄仓鼠 大鼠颈部心脏移植物 (n =2 7)的正常排斥时间为 (4 .0± 0 .8)d。结论　颈部异位心脏移植术克服了腹腔内异位心脏移植术的一些局限性并有其自身特别的应用价值。该术式可在国内推广采用。Objectives To establish standard cervical heart transplantation in rodents that was widely used abroad and introduce its application in golden hamster rat xenotransplantation. Methods The innominate artery and the pulmonary artery of the donor heart were anastomosed with the right common carotid artery and the external jugular vein of the recipient respectively by using end to end suture technique. Results There was no operative death in the whole group, and the mean survival of golden hamster rat cervical heart xenografts was ( 4.0 ± 0.8 ) days( n =27). Conclusions Some limitations in abdominal heart transplantation have been overcome in the cervical model. This model owns some specific applicable fields. It could be widely introduced to the internal users.
