摘　　要：本文从军队涉核人员健康管理需要入手,提出疗养院对军队涉核人员实施健康管理的优势及健康管理模式的构建。认为担负涉核特勤疗养任务的疗养院应加强涉核人员健康管理的建设和研究,积极探索涉核特勤疗养健康管理的新模式,为军队涉核官兵疗养期间健康管理工作模式提供理论支持。In this article the health management mode was analyzed of the personnel affected by nuclear in the sanatorium, then the author proposed that in the sanatorium providing the medical service for personnel affected by nuclear, the relative research should be enhanced, and the service mode still needs to be improved.
