摘　　要：该文强调在市场经济条件下应对用材林再认识 ;在分析用材林的经济特征的基础上 ,提出我国用材林布局应树立满足社会多种需要、适应林产工业发展、重视经济效益的指导思想 ,应遵循树种选择上因地制宜、空间布局上集散结合、正确处理农林牧结构和各林种结构、重视布局中的经济区位的原则 .该文按照我国东北、南方、西南、华北与西北四大区域 ,对我国用材林基地建设布局进行了区位分析 ,并提出了具体的政策建议 。Timber forests should be recognized again under the current market economy situation in China. Based on the analysis on the economical characteristics of timber forest, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology on the allocation of timber forests: it should meet the social demand, fit the development of the forest products processing industry and stress on the economic benefit. The species of tree should be selected to adapt to the local conditions, macroscopic dispersion should be combined with microcosmic concentration, the structure of agriculture and animal husbandry and forestry should be treated correctly, and the economic location should be paid attention to. Then it discusses the allocation of timber forest construction in China from regional point of view and according to conventional regionalization in China, advances some policy recommendations, and sets up an index system to evaluate timber forest.
