多孔重建钽棒治疗早期股骨头坏死临床分析

摘　　要：目的:评价多孔金属钽棒在早期股骨头缺血性坏死治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2009年6月-2012年4月收治的采用髓芯减压联合多孔重建钽棒内固定治疗的股骨头缺血性坏死21例(26髋)的临床资料。结果:随访12-36个月(平均20个月),术后Harris评分显著优于术前(P<0.05);有2髋在术后随访14个月时发生股骨头坏死塌陷,改行全髋关节置换手术;末次随访Harris评分优良率为76.2%。结论:髓芯减压联合重建钽棒内固定术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的效果满意。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of early-stage femoral head osteonecrosis treated by tantalum rod. Methods： The clinical data of 21 （26 hips） patients with early-stage femoral head osteonecrosis treated by tantalum rod were analyzed retrospectively from Jun 2009 to Apr 2012. Results： The mean duration of follow up was 20 months （12-36 months）. The Harris scores in the after operation were significantly better than that in the before operation （P 〈 0.05）. Two hips were collapsed followed in 14 months and treated by total hip arthroplasty. The overall excellent and good rate was 76.2% at the last following up. Conclusion： Tantalum rod provides satisfactory results in treating early-stage femoral head osteonecrosis.
