摘　　要：针对涤纶/天丝/苎麻混纺织物的刺痒感,选用生物酶处理工艺:煮漂后,纤维素酶2 g/L,55℃,时间40 min;染色后,抛光酶1.5 g/L,55℃,时间30 min。生物酶处理后改善了织物的硬挺度,提高了织物的柔软性、光洁性和弹性,且织物强力损伤小,染色牢度好,手感柔软、滑爽、弹性好,服用触觉无刺痒感。Enzyme process is chosen to overcome the scratchiness of polyester/Tencel/ramie blended fabric.The process is carried out at 55 ℃ for 40 min with 2 g/L cellulase after scouring and bleaching at 55 ℃ for 30 min with polishing enzyme 1.5 g/L after dyeing.The product with bio-process features low strength loss,good color fastness,soft handle,good elasticity and no scratchiness.
