摘　　要：针对Lyocell易原纤化和高溶胀性等特点,设计了不同织物风格的绳状加工技术,包括光面风格、桃皮绒风格和冰花桃皮绒风格。文中介绍了具体的生产工艺流程,分析了该类织物加工中易产生的诸如擦伤、折痕、色差、霜花和破洞等疵病的产生原因,并提出了应对措施。In view of fibrillation formation and high swelling property of lyocell fabric,several rope form processes are designed to obtain different styles of slickenside effect,peach skin effect or ice-bloom peach skin effect respectively.The process and processing parameters are introduced,and reasons and countermeasures for defects,such as abrasion,crease,color difference,frost and broken holes,are analyzed.
