摘  要:天然气喷嘴作为天然气发动机的核心零部件,对整个天然气发动机的性能有着至关重要的影响。天然气喷嘴的驱动系统不仅仅控制天然气喷嘴的打开与关闭,同时对天然气喷嘴进行实时监控,当喷嘴出现故障时,驱动系统在第一时间对故障作出相应的处理。天然气喷嘴驱动系统是整个发动机正常工作的保证,同时天然气喷嘴驱动的设计是发动机电控系统设计的核心。本文根据天然气喷嘴的原理设计了一套天然气喷嘴驱动系统,利用硬件电路闭环原理对天然气喷嘴驱动电流进行控制,使天然气喷嘴满足可靠性、灵敏性以及能耗的要求;利用嵌入式处理器强大的数据处理能力,对电流反馈信号进行计算分析,完成对天然气喷嘴的实时故障诊断。试验结果表明,该驱动系统工作稳定可靠,该驱动系统的开发不仅仅满足了天然气喷嘴测试的需要,同时为天然气发动机电控单元的开发奠定了基础。CNG(compressed natural gas) injector as the fundamental part of CNG engine, is very important for the performance of the CNG engine. The CNG injector driver system not only controls the on and off state of the injector, but also monitors the injector operation, the system will handle the failure in a short time, when a failure occurred. The CNG injector drive system ensures the en- gine to keep working normally, and the design of CNG drive system is the core of ECU design. The design of CNG injector drive system base on embedded system is introduced in this paper, in which the drive current is controlled by circuit close-loop to make sure the CNG injector meets the requirements of reliability,responsiveness,and power dissipation, also the failure diagnosis is ful- filled base on the drive current feedback signal and the powerful data processing capability of the MCU of embedded system. The test result indicates that the system could work stable, the development of the drive system not only satisfies the needs of CNG in- jector test, but also lays the foundation for CNG enzine ECU develooment.
