AO微创内固定在膝关节周围骨折中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨AO微创内固定在膝关节周围骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2009～2012年在我院治疗76例膝关节周围骨折病例进行回顾性分析,全部采用AO微创内固定治疗(观察组),另外随机选取60例采用钢板内固定治疗作为对照组,随访22～26个月后,分析其效果。结果:所有患者均随访22～26个月,平均(17±4.7)个月,对照组的优良率为75%,总有效率为86.7%,并发症发生率为5%,骨折临床愈合时间为(18±3.4)周;观察组的优良率为93.4%,总有效率为98.6%,并发症发生率为1.4%,骨折临床愈合时间为(15±2.2)周。两组比较有明显的差异性,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:AO微创内固定在膝关节周围骨折临床效果满意,愈合快,固定稳定,但远期效果仍有待临床研究。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects for AO less invasive stabilization in the knee fracture.Methods：76 cases with the knee fractures from 2009 to 2012 treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.They were all taken with AO minimally invasive internal fixation（observation group）.60 patients with plate fixation were randomly set as the control group.The effect after 22～26 months of follow-up was analyzed.Results：All patients were followed up for 22～26 months,with an average of（17±4.7） months,the excellent rate in the control group was 75%,the total effective rate was 86.7%,the complication rate was 5%,fracture healing time were（18±3.4） weeks.The excellent rate in the observation group was 93.4%,the total effective rate was 98.6%,the complication rate was 1.4%,fracture healing time were（15±2.2） weeks.There were significant differences compared in the two groups,P〈0.05,there was statistically significance.Conclusion：The clinical effect of AO Less Invasive fixed fractures around the knee satisfactory is satisfied,it is with faster healing,fixed and stable,but the long-term effects remain to be clinical research.
