摘　　要：目的:通过本研究探讨头孢噻肟钠(凯福隆)治疗老年下呼吸感染的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年5月～2012年5月期间在我院就诊的130例老年下呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,均符合纳入和排除标,通过每日静滴给予凯福隆治疗,4.0/天,1天2次,5～15天为一个疗程。结果:治疗有效率为69.23%,细菌清除率为81.63%,不良反应为3%。结论:凯福隆对于老年下呼吸道感染疗效具有广谱性,疗效显著,不良反应少,是治疗老年下呼吸道感染的首选药物。Objective：This study investigated the clinical efficacy for the treatment of claforan to elderly patients with lower respiratory infection.Methods：Choose 130 cases of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection patients from May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital as research subjects,who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and through intravenous given claforan for treatment,4.0/day,one day two times,5 to 15 days for a course of treatment.Results：A therapeutically effective rate was 69.23%,and the bacterial clearance rate was 81.63%,the adverse reactions was 3%.Conclusion：The efficacy of Claforan for elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection was broad spectrum,a significant effect,less adverse reactions,which is the first choice for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in the elderly people.
