摘　　要：目的:观察米非司酮联合依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择孕16～24周要求终止妊娠的健康妇女286例,随机分成两组,观察组采用米非司酮联合依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射引产,对照组单用依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射引产,观察两组引产效果及安全性。结果:观察组在总引产时间、宫缩发动时间、宫缩至胎儿娩出时间、产后2小时出血量、胎盘胎膜残留量、宫颈裂伤方面与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:米非司酮联合依沙吖啶终止中期妊娠能明显缩短引产时间,减少并发症,是一种简单、安全、有效的终止中期妊娠的方法。Objective：To observe the mifepristone ethacridine trimester abortion for clinical efficacy and safety.Methods：16～24 weeks pregnant to terminate the pregnancy of healthy women 286 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group were treated with mifepristone ethacridine amniotic injection of induction,the control group alone ethacridine amniotic injection of induction were observed induction effect and safety.Results：The total induction time,the contractions start time,the contractions to the time the baby is delivered,two hours post-partum bleeding,residual placental membranes,cervical laceration in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Mifepristone mid Ethacridine termination of pregnancy can significantly shorten the induction time,reduce complications,is a simple,safe and effective method of second trimester pregnancy termination.
