莲芪胶囊对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠化疗增效减毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨莲芪胶囊对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠化疗的增效、减毒作用。方法:将接种H22肝癌细胞的实体瘤和腹水瘤ICR(Institute of Cancer Research)小鼠共50只,♀♂各半,体重18～22g,随机分为模型组、化疗组、莲芪胶囊组、化疗+低剂量莲芪组、化疗+高剂量莲芪组,每组10只,另设正常对照组(小鼠右侧腋窝皮下接种生理盐水0.2ml),连续给药10d后观察小鼠瘤块生长情况、小鼠存活时间和巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果:化疗低莲芪组和化疗高莲芪组小鼠瘤块重量较模型组、化疗组明显降低(P<0.05),抑瘤率分别达54.51%、67.16%;存活时间较模型组、化疗组明显延长(P<0.05),巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数也明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:莲芪胶囊能抑制H22荷瘤小鼠瘤块生长,延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间,提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能,与化疗联合应用具有增效减毒作用。Objective：To study the assistant effect of Lian Qi capsules in chemotherapy.Methods：Fifty mouses of transplanted hepatoma H22 were divided randomly into 5 groups：Model group、chemotherapy group、Lian Qi capsule group、chemotherapy plus low dosage Lian Qi capsule group and chemotherapy plus high dosage Lian Qi capsule group,addition normal control group was set.Tumor weight、life span of mice and the phagocytotic functionof macrophages were observed after 10 days Treatment.Results：Compared with untreated group,The increase of tumor weight of chemotherapy plus high、low dosage Lian Qi capsule group were decreased obviously（P〈0.05） and the tumor inhibition rates were 54.51%、67.16%;life span of mice 、phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of macrophages of treated group were increased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclution：Lian Qi capsules could enhance the effect of chemotherapy,prolong the survival time of mice with tumor,improve the phagocytosis of macrophage.These results suggested that Lian Qi capsules could enhance thetherapeutic effects,which was useful in cancer chemotherapy.
