摘　　要：种子位于农产品产业链的上游,是生产中最基本的、不可替代的生产资料。本文从种业产业链的角度出发,在全球产业体系的框架内,对种业产业链的延伸战略进行了研究。在了解我国种业产业链延伸现状的基础上,借鉴美国种业发展经验,设计出我国实施产业链延伸的具体战略。Seed lies in the upriver of agricultural industrial chain. It is the most fundamental and irreplaceable capital goods of agricultural production. Under the unified framework of modern seed industry system, this paper studies the extension strategy of seed industry chain. Based on the sta- tus quo of seed industry chain in our country, this article proposes some specific strategies to pro- mote the extension of seed industry chain by borrowing the experience of American seed industry.
