摘 要:研究了初夏季节宝华山自然保护区中处于不同演替阶段的次生裸地、纯盐肤木 (Rhuschinensis)林以及青冈 (Cyclobalanopsisglauca) -栓皮栎 (Quercusvariabilis)混交林下的土壤 ,调查分析了细菌 (Bacteria)、放线菌 (Actinomycets)、真菌 (Fungi)和固氮菌 (Nitrogen fixingbac teria)的数量及组成。结果表明 :处于演替初级阶段的次生裸地的微生物总量少于青冈 -栓皮栎混交林和纯盐肤木林 ;除霉菌 (Mould)外 ,纯盐肤木林的各类微生物数目都大于次生裸地及混交林 ;各样地均以真菌为主 ,细菌次之 ,放线菌最少 ;由分离纯化和鉴定结果发现 ,细菌以纯盐肤木林最多 ,混交林次之 ,次生裸地最少。其中 ,芽孢杆菌属 (Bacillus)、节细菌属(Arthrobacter)、棒状杆菌属 (Corynebacterium)和假单胞菌属 (Pseudomonas)等是优势菌属。The number of soil microbes and the composition of Bacteria in different plant communities of different succession stages in Natural Conservation of Baohua mountain in early summer were studied. The results showed that the total number of microbes of secondary bare area in early succession stage was less than that of Rhus forest. Both the number of total microbes and the number of each type of microbes in Rhus forest were more than those of the mixed evergreen deciduous forest and the secondary bare area. The results indicated the relationship between soil microbes and plant communities of different succession stages. Bacteria of 158 strains were isolated, purified and identified. The results showed that the numbers of bacteria genera in three sites of different succession stages were significantly different with the highest in SiteⅡand the lowest in SiteⅠ. Bacillus, Arthrobacter, Corynebacterium and Pseudomonas were the dominant genera, indicating the richness of soil microbe resources in Baohua mountain.
