摘　　要：采用实地调研、系统分析与专家咨询的方法 ,研究了上海建设新一轮菜篮子工程必备的流通装置批发市场加快信息化建设的问题。分析了上海农产品流通的特点与发展趋势 ;概述了上海农产品批发市场存在的突出问题 ;结合上海市“信息港”发展计划和都市农业发展整体规划 ,率先提出了上海发展信息主导型农产品批发市场的构想 ;并就农业信息机构如何发挥作用的问题阐述了看法。Using the method combining spot investigation,systematic analysis and expert consultation,it is studied,the problem of accelerating the informationalization construction through equipping farm product wholesale market with circulation information installation necessary for building a new round of “non staple food basket engineering”in Shanghai.The characteristics and developing trend of farm product circulation in Shanghai are analyzed.The prominent problems existing in Shanghai farm product wholesale market are related briefly.In combination with the development planning of “Shanghai information port”and integral development planning of Shanghai city agriculture,the conception of developing information leading type farm product wholesale market is presented for the first time.The viewpoint on how to give play to the role of agricultural information institution is also related.This study has a real significance and some consultative and referential effects.
