晚稻区试中非平衡数据基因型×环境互作效应分析

摘  要:根据混合线性模型的原理 ,以 1994~ 1995年浙江省晚稻区域试验的产量性状为资料 ,采用最小二阶无偏估计法 (简称 MINQUE法 )和调整无偏预测法 (简称 AUP法 )对各项方差分量和随机效应进行分析 ,并采用 Jackknife重复抽样技术对各遗传参数进行了统计检验。结果表明 ,生育期、结实率主要受地点效应影响 ;产量受地点效应影响外 ,还受年份×地点互作效应影响 ;有效穗主要受地点效应和年份×地点互作效应的影响 ;除生育期和有效穗两个性状未测出基因型×环境互作效应外 ,其余各性状均受到基因型×环境互作效应的影响。Based on the theory of mixed linear model,the data of rice yield traits in late rice reginional trail in 1994~1995 were analyzed.The variance components were estimated by MINQUE approach and GE effects were predicted by AUP method for each trait.The statistical test for each parameter was conducted by using resampling method.The results showed that yield,growth duration,effective panicles and seed setting rate were mainly affected by location effect,and also affected by year×location interaction effects.Most characters were mainly affected by genotype×enviomment interaction effects.It is indicated that these tested varieties (lines) show respectively different performances in different ecological environments.
