摘　　要：警营文化对公安消防部队思想政治教育发挥着积极影响,是公安消防部队思想政治教育的助推器,警营文化阵地具有对部队官兵凝聚、协调、整合和规范作用。一方面,公安消防部队要加大对警营文化建设的投入;另一方面,要采取措施提高警营文化对思想政治教育的有效性和针对性。Police culture plays a positive impact on ideological and political education of the public security fire forces.Police culture is the booster of ideological and political education,police cultural position has cohesion,coordination,integration and specification effect to the troops.We must enhance investment for the police culture and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness for ideological and political education.
