摘　　要：目的:观察复方斑蝥胶囊合复方红豆杉方加减治疗三阴乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:42例三阴乳腺癌患者分为2组,治疗组加用复方斑蝥胶囊合复方红豆杉方加减治疗并定期复查,对照组单纯定期复查,连续观察5年,比较2组的复发转移情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.2%;对照组总有效率为71.4%。2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方斑蝥胶囊合复方红豆杉方加减治疗三阴乳腺癌有一定疗效,能有效预防术后复发转移。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of modified compound Ban-mao capsule and Hong-dou-shan formula treating triple negative breast cancer. Methods： Forty-two patients suffered from triple negative breast cancer were divided into 2 groups. Patients in treatment group were treated with modified compound Ban-mao capsule and Hong-dou-shan formula and received regular check. Patients in control group were only checked regularly. The rate of recurrence and metastasis was compared after continual observation of 5 years. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 95. 2% ,and that of control group was 71. 4% . The difference between the two groups were significant. Conclusion： Modified Compound Ban-mao capsule and Hong-dou-shan formula is effective in treating triple negative breast cancer and could prevent recurrence and metastasis after surgery.
