摘　　要：黄芪迄今已有2000多年的药用历史,其主要药效成分黄芪多糖在中医或中西医结合防治多种疾病的基础与临床应用研究中,发挥着重要的免疫调节药理作用。但目前对黄芪多糖的临床配伍及单体效价的研究尚处于探索阶段,故利用先进的科技手段,开发黄芪多糖新的作用靶点和功效的研究工作亟待加强。As a magical medicinal plant in China’s treasure house of Chinese medicine resources,Astragalus has been applied as medicine for over 2000 years. Its main medicinal ingredient APS plays an important pharmacological role in immune regulation in treating a variety of diseases on the basis research and clinical applications. However,current studies on clinical compatibility and monomer potency of APS are still on the exploratory stage,so the use of advanced technological methods,the development of new targets of APS and efficacy studies should be strengthened.
