激光打印机用加热卤钨灯的设计与制造

摘　　要：当卤钨灯色温为2 400K左右时,辐射能量峰值在短波红外区1.2μm附近。利用其加热的特性,激光打印机采用卤钨灯完成定影功能。与照明卤钨灯相比,激光打印机用加热卤钨灯的产品特性有不同之处。主要介绍其特别的设计要求、加工工艺及专用生产设备。When the color temperature of halogen lamp is about 2,400K, the peak of radiation curve is near 1.2μm of short wave infrared. Because of the function of heating, halogen lamps are applied to finish fusing in laser printers. The characteristics of laser printer halogen lamps are different from those of lighting halogen lamps. The special design, technology and equipment for laser printer halogen lamps are introduced in this article.
