摘  要:20CrMnTi齿轮钢热镦时发生开裂,采用化学分析、金相观察等方法对热镦开裂原因进行了分析,发现裂纹具有明显的表面缺陷特征。结果表明,20CrMnTi齿轮钢热镦开裂是由于棒材表面的划伤引起的。Cracking defect of 20CrMnTi gear steel was found in the process of hot upsetting.The cracking reason was analyzed by chemical analysis and metallographic observation.It was found that the crack had obvious feature of surface defects.The results showed the cracking defect of 20CrMnTi gear steel in its hot upsetting process was caused by scratching on the surface of the bar.
