摘  要:介绍了武钢炼钢总厂二分厂KR脱硫工艺的改进。通过优化了脱硫剂的成分,使脱硫效果得到明显改善,脱硫剂单耗大幅降低;优化了搅拌、扒渣工艺并采取底吹技术,大幅减少了扒渣过程中的金属损失;改进了搅拌器形状和制作工艺,提高了搅拌器寿命,并减少了修补料消耗;开发了脱硫自动控制模型,提高了生产效率,改善了操作环境。Improvements of KR desulphurization process in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO are introduced.Desulfurization effect was improved significantly and desulfurizer consumption was reduced greatly by optimizing the composition of desulfurizer.The metal loss in deslagging process was reduced significantly by optimizing stirring process and deslagging process and adopting bottom blowing technique.The life of stirrer was improved and the consumption of mending material was reduced by improving the shape of stirrer and manufacturing technique.The production efficiency and operating environment were improved by developing and applying automatic control model of desulphurization.
