摘　　要：在COREX炼铁技术工业化的过程中,为解决粉煤再利用问题,开发了COREX煤压块技术。在粉煤中掺入粘结剂和固化剂,搅拌均匀后压制成型煤产品,供COREX熔融气化炉使用。采用该工艺生产出的型煤,能满足COREX炼铁工艺所要求的强度、粒度、热稳定性、反应性等指标,可作为COREX炼铁工艺的原料使用。分析了COREX煤压块工艺的特点、原料的性能要求、技术指标,以及在我国的应用现状和发展方向。In order to solve the problem of pulverized coal recycling in the course of industrialization of COREX ironmaking technology,technology of coal briquetting for COREX was developed.Binder and solidifying agent were added into pulverized coal,and then the mixtures were stirred uniformly to make coal briquette and sent to COREX melting gasifier.The coal briquette manufactured with this technology could meet the requirements of COREX ironmaking process for strength,size,thermal stability,reactivity,etc.The coal briquette could be used as raw material in COREX ironmaking process.The features of the coal briquetting technology,the requirements of raw material and fuel properties,the technological indexes of the coal briquette process were analyzed.The application status and further developing trend of COREX coal briquetting technology were also discussed.
