摘　　要：通过对钼丝质量特性的分析研究和对比试验,确定抗拉强度、直线性等关键指标参数,控制相应的生产工艺,使钼丝性能符合电火花线切割加工要求,使用寿命良好。Through the analysis and contrast test on the quality characteristics of molybdenum wire, determination of some key parameters such as tensile strength, straightness,etc, control of the corresponding production process, make the molybdenum wire performance meets the requirements of WEDM, the use life is good.
