摘　　要：目的观察胚宝胶囊联合氨甲环酸治疗女性黄褐斑的疗效及复发率。方法治疗组予以胚宝胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d,加服氨甲环酸片50 mg/次,2次/d;对照组予以氨甲环酸片,50 mg/次,2次/d。第4、8、12周通过MASI下降率判定疗效,在第24周通过MASI进行复发率评估。结果两组治疗有效率第4周末差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第8、12周末差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第24周复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胚宝胶囊联合氨甲环酸治疗女性黄褐斑疗效优于单用氨甲环酸,而且在复发率方面也优于单用氨甲环酸。胚宝胶囊联合氨甲环酸治疗女性黄褐斑疗效好,复发率低,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the curative effect and recurrence rate of Peibao capsule combined with tranexarnic acid treatment of female chloasma. Methods Treatment group took Peibao capsule, 2 capsules per time, 3 times per day, oral tranexamic acid tablets 50 mg per time, 2 times per day; the control group took tranexamic acid tablets, 50 mg per time, 2 times day. Judged the curative effect by the decline rate of MASI in the 4th, 8th and 12th week; estimated the recurrence rate in 24th week. Results There were no significant differences in the 4th week （/9 〉 0.05） and the dif- ference was statistically significant in the 8th and 12th weekend （P 〈 0.05） of effective rate between two groups; there was significant difference between the relapse rate in the 24th week （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Peibao capsule combined with tranexamic acid treatment of female ehloasma is better than single use of tranexamic acid, and also better than the single use of tranexamic acid in the recurrence rate. Peibao capsule combined with tranexamic acid in treating female chloasma has good curative effect, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
