机械辅助通气在ICU急性左心衰竭患者抢救中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨机械辅助通气在ICU急性左心衰竭患者抢救中的临床应用价值。方法将我院ICU抢救的70例急性左心衰竭患者根据治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组单纯采用强心、利尿等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用机械通气辅助治疗,观察两组的血气指标变化及症状改善情况。结果治疗组35例患者行机械辅助通气治疗1 h后,呼吸困难明显改善,肺部湿啰音明显减少,氧分压和血氧饱和度明显增高,收缩压和pH值逐步恢复正常,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械辅助通气在ICU急性左心衰竭患者抢救中可以迅速纠正机体缺氧,有效缓解症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of mechanical assisted ventilation in ICU patients with acute left heart failure. Methods Seventy ICU patients in our hospital were divided into treatment group and con- trol group according to the different treatment methods with 35 cases in each. Treatment group on the basis of conven- tional therapy plus adjuvant treatment with mechanical ventilation and the control group only with conventional treat- ment,observe two groups blood gas index changes and symptoms improve the situation. Results Line machinery auxil- iary ventilation treatment group 35 patients after 1 h of treatment,difficulty breathing,lung wet rale decreased signifi- cantly, oxygen partial pressure and blood saturation increased obviously, systolic blood pressure and pH value gradual- ly returned to normal, compared with the control group difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Me- chanical assisted ventilation in ICU patients with acute left heart failure rescue can quickly correct oxygen to the body, effectively relieve symptoms, improve the effect of treatment.
