摘　　要：目的观察分析阿罗洛尔治疗维持性血液透析合并高血压的临床效果。方法选取2012年1-8月收治的MHD合并高血压患者19例，采用治疗前后自身对照，疗程为4周，可根据入选患者具体情况适当变更，观察治疗1、2、3和4周后患者的用药情况、疗效及治疗前后血压、心率的比较。结果治疗前后血压和心率的比较得出疗效的总有效率为87．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿罗洛尔能够有效的控制MHD合并的高血压，而有良好的降压效果。Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of aronixil on the treatment of maintenance hemodial- ysis patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 19 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension who were received and cured from January 2012 to August 2012 as the research subject. They were contrasted between before treatment and after treatment. The course of treatment was four weeks, but it can be changed according to the specific conditions of selected patients. Observed the use of medicine after the first, the second, the third and the forth weeks＇ treatment, the curative effect as well as the contrast of blood pressure and heart rate before and after the treatment. Results according to the contrast of blood pressure and heart rate before and after the treatment, the total effective rate of curative effect is 87.5%. The difference has a statistical significance（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Aronixil can control maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension effectively, and it has good antihypertensive efficacy.
