摘　　要：目的探讨对前列腺电切除术(TURP)患者实施分段式健康教育的方法及效果。方法选取我校附属医院2012年2～10月择期手术的80例TURP患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组实施常规健康教育,实验组按照入院、住院及出院阶段实施健康教育。结果实验组患者健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度明显高于对照组。结论对TURP患者实施分段式健康教育,能有效增强健康教育效果,减少患者术后并发症,促进疾病康复,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the method and the effect of sectional health education in patients with TURP. Methods Eighty TURP patients in the affiliated hospital of Three Gorges Medical College admitted in February to Oc- tober of 2010 were randomly selected into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group, in con- trol group only received routine nursing while in the experimental group were given health education according with the hospital admission, hospitalization and discharge stage. Results Patients in experimental group are better than those in control group in the degree of health knowledge mastering and nursing satisfaction. Conclusion The sectional health education in patients with TURP can effectively enhance the health education effect, reduce the patients＇ post- operative complications, promote disease rehabilitation and improve the nursing satisfaction.
