摘 要:目的探究长江河口段苏南沿江血吸虫病监测方法与预警点。方法根据钉螺的生态学及扩散规律,建立重点数据的预警点,以此制订监测方法。结果监测方法:螺情监测、病情监测及水文监测。预警点:①流速,江阴鹅鼻嘴段的江中流速低于1.9 m/s。②潮位,低潮位达到白水滩最上端。③潮位差,潮位差低于0.5 m。④漂浮物,在长江河口段发现漂浮物上有钉螺。⑤钉螺,在长江河口段发现钉螺。结论在长江河口段苏南沿江血吸虫病监测的重点是水文监测。Objective To investigate schistosomiasis surveillance methods and warning points in the Yangtze fiver estuary along south Jiangsu section. Methods We set up waming points of key data and then formulate the surveil- lance methods according the oncomelania ecology and spreading regular pattern. Results We get three surveillance methods,which were oncomelania surveillance,patient surveillance and hydrology surveillance.And We get five warn- ing points.The first was flow velocity which in the Jiangyin city goose NIB shape section was less than 1.9 m/s.The second point was low tide which reacheo the top of white beach. The third was difference of tide which was less than 0.5 m. The fourth was floater on which,we found oncomelania in the Yangtze estuary section. And the last was on- comelania which were found in the Yangtze estuary section. Conclusion In the Yangtze fiver estuary along south Jiangsu section, the key point of schistosomiasis surveillance is hydrological surveillance.
