摘　　要：目的探讨分析手术室内镜器械及辅助设备的常规清洗、消毒及保养方法。方法选取实验组1610例,对照组1500例。实验组对手术室内镜器械及辅助设备进行清洗、消毒及保养;对照组采用传统常规方法进行清洗、消毒及保养,比较两种方法清洗、消毒内镜效果。结果对照组内镜消毒合格率为85.2%,实验组内镜消毒合格率为96.2%,两组内镜清洗、消毒合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=113.82,P=0.001<0.05);对照组医源性感染率为16.3%,实验组医源性感染率为1.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=211.48,P=0.001<0.05)。结论采用正确的清洗、消毒及保养方法,能有效提高内镜的清洗效果和消毒质量,延长内镜器械的使用寿命,有效预防医院性感染,保证手术的顺利开展。Objective To investigate the analysis of conventional endoscopic operating room equipment and auxiliary equipment cleaning, disinfection and maintenance. Methods Selected 1610 cases as the experimental group, 1500 cases as the control group. Experimental group endoscopic operating room equipment and auxiliary equipment for cleaning, disinfection and maintenance, control group used conventional methods for cleaning, disinfection and mainte- nance, and compared the two cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic effects. Results The control group endoscopic disinfection pass rate was 85.2%, the experimental group endoscopic disinfection pass rate was 96.2%, two groups of endoscopic cleaning, disinfection pasg rate comparison, X2= 113.82, P = 0.001 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the iatrogenic infection rate of the control group was 16.3%, the experimental group iatrogenic infection rate was 1.61%,X2= 211.48, P = 0.001 〈0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion The proper cleaning, disin- fection and maintenance method can effectively improve the endoscopic cleaning effect and disinfection quality, to ex- tend the service life of the endoscopic equipment, effective in preventing hospital infections, to ensure the smooth de- velopment of the surgery.
