芪参复康胶囊对焦虑症患者记忆功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较焦虑症患者应用中药芪参复康胶囊和丁螺环酮治疗前后的临床症状、记忆功能的变化,探讨芪参复康胶囊改善焦虑症患者记忆功能的疗效。方法:将82例首发焦虑症患者随机分为中药芪参复康胶囊治疗组和丁螺环酮治疗组,进行临床随机双盲对照试验,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)为疗效指标,分别于治疗前和治疗后第6周末进行韦氏记忆评定患者记忆功能。结果:(1)与治疗前HAMA总分相比,治疗后中药组[(28.3±5.1)分vs(6.0±2.6)分]和西药组[(28.1±7.2)分vs(7.6±3.1)分]显著下降(P<0.01),中药组减分率[(78.8±2.6)%]显著高于西药组[(73.0±3.1)%,P<0.05]。(2)与治疗前相比,中药组和西药组治疗后记忆商评分均显著升高[(83.5±14.2)分vs(107.7±22.4)分;(83.0±14.5)分vs(97.4±23.4)分,P<0.05];与对照组记忆商(111.8±21.2)分相比,治疗前两组记忆商评分均减少(P<0.05),治疗后中药组记忆商差异不显著(P>0.05),西药组仍显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:芪参复康胶囊与丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症疗效显著,均能缓解抑郁伴发的记忆功能障碍。短期治疗内,芪参复康胶囊改善记忆疗效优于丁螺环酮。Objective： To compare the changes on clinical efficacy and memory function before and after treatment in anxiety disorders treated with Qishen Fukang Capsules. To explore the curative effect of improving memory function in anxiety disorders treated with Qishen Fukang Capsules. Methods ： Totally 82 anxiety disorders patients from Third Hospital of PLA were randomly divided into Qishen Fukang Capsules group （ Chinese medicine group, CMG, 41 cases） and Bus- pirone group （Western medicine group, WMG, gl cases）, and carried on randomized double -blind controlled trial, and the treatment course was 6 weeks. HAMA was used to evalnma was used to evaluate memory function of the two groups. Results ： （ 1 ） Compared with prior - treatment, the HAMA scores of patients [ CMG[ （28.3 ± 5.1 ） score vs （6.0 ±2.6） score ; WMG[ （28.1 ± 7.2） score vs （7.6 ± 3.1 ） score ] were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ） post- treatment. The HAMD reductive rate in CMG was significantly higher than that inWMG [（78-8±2-6）% vs （73.0 ±.1）%, P 〈0.05]. （2）Comparedwithprior-treatment, MQ scorein- creased significantly [ CMG（83.5 ±14.2） score vs （ 107.7 ± 22.4） score; WMG （ 83.0 ± 14.5 ） score vs （97.4 ± 23.4） score, P 〈 0. 05 ] post - treatment. Compared with the control group [ （ 111.8 ±21.2） score ] , no difference was found on MQ post - treatment in CMG （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , but these were decreased significantly in WMS （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qishen Fukang Capsules and Buspirone have similar therapeutic efficacy and can improve memory function of anxiety disorders. In the short - term treatment, the cm＇ative effect of Qishen Fukang Capsules is better than Buspirone effect.
