若干补益中药之组分抗炎作用研究概述

摘　　要：几千年以来,中医药为人们战胜疾病、恢复机体健康发挥着重要作用,它是中医的重要组成部分。随着现代科技的发展,揭开中药面纱,研究它的组分功效,已是时代使然,是中西医结合之路大势所趋。而补益类中药的组分研究近年来一直是热点之一。本文选择淫羊藿苷、黄芪甲苷、生地梓醇为代表,从现代药理抗炎的角度出发,给其作一评述。通过总结与分析,发现这三种苷类化合物确实能通过多靶点、多途径起到很好的抗炎作用,且副作用较小,实质上有别于西药抗炎。因此,研究中药组分抗炎,对开发新药抑制炎症与治疗疾病不愧是条理想途径。相信随着研究工作的进一步深入,中药组分抗炎的机制将更加明确,它在治疗疾病特别是疑难杂症上必将发挥着越来越大的作用。For thousands of years, Chinese medicine has become an important part of tranditional Chinese medicine （TCM） , with its role in overcoming diseases and restoring peopleg health. Nowadays, it is the demanding of times and integrative medicine trend for us to discover the Chinese medicine veil and study the efficacy of its components, with the development of modem science and technology. The research of tonic Chinese medicine components has been one of hot spots in recent years. This review comments the anti - inflammation role of Icariin, Astragaloside and Catalpol from the modem pharmacology. By summary and analysis, it is found that these three glycosides indeedly play a very good anti - inflammatory effect with fewer side effects through multi - target and multi - channel, which essentially different from that of western medicine. Therefore, we think it an ideal way to develop new drugs for suppressing inflammation and treating diseases. With further in - depth research, the anti - inflammatory mechanism of Chinese medicine components will be- come more and more clear in the future, which is bound to play an increasingly large role in treating diseases, especially some incurable diseases.
