摘　　要：雄黄是常用中药,临床应用广泛,同时也是国务院在《医疗用药毒性药品管理办法》中特别规定的28种毒性中药之一,因其含有砷,使著名/常用中成药(牛黄解毒片,安宫牛黄丸,六神丸等)的安全性问题受到了国内外医学界的质疑,影响了含雄黄中成药的国际声誉。为提高临床用药的安全性及合理性,对雄黄及其复方的毒性研究文献进行统计和综述。Realgar is used in clinic widely. It is also one of 28 traditional Chinese medicines which have toxicity in measurement for the administration of medical toxic drugs. Because of containing arsenic, Chinese patent medicines such as Niuhuang Jiedu pills ,Angong Niuhuang pills, Liushen pills are being questioned all over the world, the reputation of Re- algar was affected. In order to improve its safety and rationality, the statistics on literature of Realgar toxicity was counted and summarized.
