中医面诊检测仪在慢性肾衰不同肾功能分期面诊信息研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对慢性肾衰患者不同肾功能分期面色特征信息进行了客观化探讨,探讨慢性肾衰不同分期与面诊信息变化的相关性。方法:应用中医面诊检测仪采集慢性肾功能衰竭患者面色特征信息,同步收集其病理生化指标。结果:与肾功能代偿期相比,肾功能失代偿期、尿毒症期面色指数明显降低;与尿毒症期相比,正常组、肾功能代偿期面色指数明显升高。结论:慢性肾衰不同肾功能分期与面色参数变化有一定相关性,提示可通过无创的面色检测对慢性肾衰分期判断提供一定参考。Objective：To objectively describe the facial color feature＇s information of CRF （chronic renal failure） pa tients who were in different stages, attempting to provide effective, simple and scientific methods of physical diagnosis for different stages of chronic renal failure. Methods ： TCM facial color detector apparatus was applied to gather the facial col- or characteristic information of CRF patients, collecting the pathological - biochemical indicators at the same time. Re- sults ： Compared with the renal compensated stage, the facial color parameters of renal deeompensated period and uremia were significantly lower; compared with uremia, the facial color parameters of normal and the renal compensated stage were significantly higher. Conclusion ： The facial color parameters can be used as a reference index to observe the changes in renal function roughly, and this non - invasive physical detection has some guidance to identify the clinical severity, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
