摘　　要：对于干燥综合征(Sjogren’s syndrome,SS)认识历史悠久,中医治疗在缓解SS临床症状、延缓病情进展、改善患者生活质量等方面,疗效确切,优势明显。本文通过对历代医家关于SS文献的回顾与分析,发现SS发病与脾关系密切,"从脾论治"的观点亦得到了临床研究的大量验证,为SS的治疗提供了新思路。Sjogren syndrome （SS） has a long history of its recognizing. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of SS in remission of clinical symptoms, slowing disease progression and improving patients＇quality of life has obvious advan- tages. Based on the review and analysis of ancient medical literature on the SS,it found that the incidence is closely asso- ciated with spleen. Treatment from spleen is also be proved by a large number of clinical studies, providing a new idea of treatin SS.
