摘　　要：药用植物组织培养是现代生物技术在药用植物学领域中研究与应用的一个重要组成部分,在中药材资源的短缺问题越来越严重的今天,有必要发挥中医药的特色,加强中药的研究与开发。利用药用植物组织培养技术,可以培育中药材新品种,对药用植物进行脱病毒,保存珍稀濒危种质资源、开发新药和活性物质。利用药用植物组织培养技术,还可以开拓中药研究与开发的新空间,论述了面向21世纪中药新药研究开发思路与方法。The medicinal plant tissue culture is an important part of the research and application of modern biotech- nology in the field of medicinal botany. Because of serious shortage of Chinese herbal medicine resources, it is necessary to play the characteristics of Chinese medicine to strengthen the traditional Chinese medicine research and development. Use of medicinal plant tissue culture techniques, traditional Chinese medicinal materials can nurture new varieties, me- dicinal plants off the virus and save the rare and endangered germplasm resources, development of new drugs and active substances. Use of medicinal plant tissue culture techniques, you can also open up new space for research and develop- ment of traditional Chinese medicine. This article explained ideas and methods of traditional Chinese drug research in the 21 st century.
