摘　　要：从中西医结合角度探讨儿童异位性皮炎的发病机制,通过对古今文献的分析、归纳,认为由"脾不足"所引起的功能失调是导致儿童异位性皮炎发生的根本原因,提出从"脾"论治儿童异位性皮炎具有一定可行性。This article explores the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis in children from the perspective of integrated tra ditional Chinese and western medicine, and suggests the feasibility of treating atopic dermatitis in children from spleen, as insufficiency of spleen is believed to be the fundamental reason for infantile atopic dermatitis after analysis and summa- rization of ancient and modem literature.
