摘  要:目的:通过中药方剂王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩;蒙药方剂茵达日-4味汤的体外抗菌、体内解热作用的药效学试验,观察中药方剂王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩;蒙药方剂茵达日-4味汤对金黄葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠埃希氏杆菌的抑制作用以及对干酵母菌动物发热模型的影响。探讨中蒙药对不同细菌感染的抑制作用及解热作用,为今后的药物研发及临床的推广应用提供可靠、科学的实验依据。方法:(1)采取琼脂稀释法,观察平皿中药物对菌落生长情况的影响。(2)比较王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩;茵达日-4味汤与阿司匹林对干酵母菌所致发热模型的影响,测量并记录体温变化。结果:王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩的抑菌效果优于茵达日-4味汤;王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩;茵达日-4味汤均能模型大鼠体温。尤以王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩的高剂量组和茵达日-4味汤的中剂量组效果最为理想。结论:王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩、茵达日-4味汤对实验3种菌的生长均有不同的抑菌作用。王氏连朴饮加滑石、黄芩;茵达日-4味汤具有显著的解热作用。Objective : The study is about the mechanism of antibiosis invitro and reliveing fever in vivo of WANG Li- anpu drink and Yindari - 4 Decoction. The inhibition of staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli by WANG Lianpu drink and Yindari - 4 Decoction was observed and the influence on fever caused by dried yeast was al- so observed. The inhibition and fever - relieving functions of Mongolian and Chinese medicine were discussed, providing scientific basis for further application and research. Methods : ( 1 ) Dilute agar was used and the growth of bacterial colony in the situation of drugs was observed. (2) Make a compare about WANG's Lianpu drink which contains talcum and scutellaria and Yindari -4 Decoction and aspirin effect on fever caused by dried yeast. Measure and record the body tem- perature changes. Results : Wang Lianpu drink and Yindari - 4 Decoction had different extent of inhibition to the infection of SA,pseudomonas aeruginosa and bacterium coil. The inhibition effect of Wang's Lianpu drink was better than that of Yindari - 4 Decoction. Wang Lianpu drink and Yindari - 4 Decoction can remarkable lower the body temperature, espe- cially the high dose of Wang Lianpu drink and the medium dose of Yindari - 4 Decoction had the best effect. Conclu- sion: Wang Lianpu drink and Yindari- 4 Decoction have different extent of inhibition to the infection of bacteria ;Wang Lianpu drink and Yindari -4 Decoction have the effect on relieving fever.
